Red River floating bridge removed
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Heavy rain south of our area over the weekend is causing the Red River to rise and that means a bridge is coming out. The floating bridge between Fargo and Moorhead has been removed.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
