Minnesota Legislature introducing bonding bill for affordable housing

Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - Thirteen thousand people in Minnesota are homeless on any given night. There are more than 500 in Fargo-Moorhead. The Minnesota Legislature is considering a Bonding Bill that would include money for affordable housing.
