Cell phone carriers seeing uptick in spam text messages

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - More and more of us are getting bombarded with text messages, some of them unsolicited. They are called text message spam. Cell phone companies are taking action to combat the ever growing concern. Some have even won lawsuits.
