Several Fargo businesses shut down in wake of gunman report

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The unsettling news of someone on the streets carrying around a scoped rifle forced companies to close. Police quickly urged nearby businesses to go into lockdown. Many of these businesses in that search perimeter heeded that advice. They quickly shut down.
