Army Corps details newest flood maps for Richland and Wilkin County

Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - People in Richland and Wilkin counties are learning of the impacts the proposed Red River Flood Diversion project will have on their community. The Army Corps met with homeowners to talk about new flood maps.
