Public Notification of High Risk Sex Offender
FARGO, N.D. (March 16, 2012) – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that high risk registered sex offender, Joseph Ryan Cox, is living at 1340 1st Ave. N., Fargo, N.D. Cox has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.
