Man arrested after trying to sell cocaine to off-duty deputy

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - An alleged drug dealer picked the wrong man to offer cocaine. Twenty-three year-old Adam Smith of Otsego, Minnesota is in the Cass County jail tonight after he offered to sell cocaine to an off-duty deputy.
