Richville man charged with making terroristic threats

(WDAY TV) - A Richville man is facing felony charges after neighbors say he pulled a gun during a confrontation. 28-year old Derek Hoffman is charged in Otter Tail County with assault with a dangerous weapon, and making terroristic threats.
