Authorities credit quick capture of suspect to solid police work
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Cass County State's Attorney has formally charged murder suspect Henry Deniger with one count of Murder and one count of tampering with evidence. Deniger is still in custody in St. Cloud awaiting extradition for the murder of this wife, 52 year-old Kathye Deniger.
