Cass County Sheriff sets up Tactical Operations Center
West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The North Dakota DOT is tonight advising no travel from Fargo to the South Dakota border, and authorities have closed I-29 from Watertown, South Dakota to the North Dakota border. With the storm moving north law enforcement is gearing up for what could be a busy night on the roads.
