5 from ND, MN, in custody for alleged scam in SD
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Five people from North Dakota and Minnesota are in custody in South Dakota for an alleged scheme to sell counterfeit catalytic converters to a Rapid City salvage yard.
