High school students build large ramp despite snow-less winter

Hawley, MN (WDAY TV) -- High school students in Hawley are taking somewhat of a snow-less winter into their own hands. Every year, this same group of kids builds a ramp out of snow to ride snowboard's down. This year, it is actually bigger than ever.
