Fargo man recovering after setting himself and his car on fire in Hillsboro
HILLSBORO, N.D. - A 34-year-old Fargo man is recovering after Hillsboro's police chief put out a fire on his burning body, extinguishing his apparent suicide attempt in front of the Traill County Courthouse.
