Spirit Lake, Roosevelt National Park get portions of $316 million in emergency road funding
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's congressional delegation says nearly $10 million in federal highway funding has been awarded to repair roadways damaged by flooding last year on the Spirit Lake Reservation and at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
