Crash victim says it's time to toughen ND DUI penalties

Ransom County, ND (WDAY TV) - A former sheriff's deputy in Ransom County is wondering what more it will take to toughen-up North Dakota DUI laws. Tracy Jund is still recovering from a crash three years ago, when a repeat drunk driver drove into his squad car. Now that same driver is facing yet another DUI charge. That's a half a dozen arrests for Shane Reinhart.
