Fargo doctor to be sentenced for sex assault
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — An orthopedic surgeon charged with rape and reckless endangerment for drugging and having sex with a woman in his home has entered an Alford guilty plea, meaning he acknowledges that there's enough evidence to convict him of the crimes.
