Alleged car prowlers caught in West Fargo
WEST FARGO – Police here arrested two alleged car prowlers early today, the third such group to be caught in West Fargo in the past two weeks. An officer spotted two suspicious men at 12:43 a.m. in the 500 block of Seventh Avenue West.By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM
