House agrees to extend payroll tax cuts

Washington, DC (WDAY TV) - House Republican leaders have agreed to a 2 month extension of Social Security payroll tax cuts and federal unemployment benefits. After several debates President Obama campaigned for a resolution and said today that enough is enough.
