Ottertail County authorities rescue man stranded on frozen lake
Ottertail County, MN (WDAY TV) - A 40 year-old Rothsay man is lucky to be alive tonight after a dicey rescue operation. The man fell through the ice on Crystal Lake near Pelican Rapids about 7 o'clock after his 4 wheeler hit an ice ridge.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
