3700 wreaths places on the gravesites of the state's veterans near Mandan
Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- North Dakota veterans past and present are remembered. Loved ones and volunteers placed 37-hundred wreaths on gravesites at the the state's veterans cemetery near Mandan.
