Absconded Sex Offender Update
The Fargo Police Department would like to inform the public that a sex offender who had absconded from his address: Anthony Roy Levang, a level two (moderate risk) sex offender, has been arrested for failing to Register as a sex offender and is currently in the Cass county Jail.
