Tara Andvik charged with arson in connection to fires on property

Barnesville, MN (WDAY TV) - We have breaking news this afternoon in connection with the rash of fires that struck a Barnesville family last month. Clay County Authorities this afternoon filed arson charges against 33 year-old Tara Andvik. A warrant is out for her arrest, and she is not in custody at this hour.
