Minnesota court reverses deer-baiting conviction
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — The deer baiting conviction of a Hibbing farmer whose family had been cited at least twice for baiting with piles of pumpkins has been reversed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
