Small town boy from North Dakota becomes the 27th member of the Bill Wall of Fame

Orchard Park, NY (WDAY TV) - September 18th will never be forgotten by Oakes native Phil Hansen. That's because today, a small town boy from North Dakota became the 27th member of the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame.
