ND ranchers selling hay to drought-stricken states
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — Farmers and ranchers in the Dakotas and other northern states are making hay in more ways than one. Northern producers enjoying a good hay crop have been selling to their counterparts in southern states hit by drought.
