Oil company disappointed in frac sand mining ban
RED WING, Minn. (AP) — An oil exploration company that wants to mine a special kind of sand in southeastern Minnesota is expressing disappointment in a vote by the Goodhue County Board for a one-year moratorium while it studies the potential impacts.
