High water frustrates farmers, business owners

Geneseo, ND (WDAY TV) - Because of our rains, parts of the region have unplanned waterways. This should be our dry time of the year. We are close to harvest. Instead near Lidgerwood, North Dakota, home and business owners near the Wild Rice are battling what most of us see in the spring.
