Prosecution rests on fourth day of Kirkpatrick trial
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Attorneys tomorrow will begin to defend Gene Kirkpatrick from accusations he hired a man to kill Fargo dentist Philip Gatusso. Today the prosecution rested. Kirkpatrick is accused of paying Michael Nakvinda to kill his son-in-law.
