Tornado touches down southwest of Cooperstown, N.D.
A tornado touched down this afternoon southwest of Cooperstown, N.D., according to the National Weather Service. A tornado warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m. when a storm with tornado potential will be about 20 miles north of Valley City, N.D., moving southeast at about 20 mph.By: Stephen J.
