Amtrak: $100M in upgrades needed in ND
DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — Amtrak says $100 million in upgrades is needed to bridges and track in the Devils Lake area if passenger service is to be maintained to the city of Devils Lake, Rugby and Grand Forks.
