Army Corps Commander takes a look at temporary flood measures

Oakport, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The commander of the Army Corps made a rare stop to the metro to get a glimpse of the temporary flood measures. Major General Michael Walsh says seeing the work in place or being worked on shows we are well prepared to hold back rising water.
