ND man pleads guilty to escape from halfway house
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man accused of fleeing a Fargo halfway house after he was caught stealing from the facility has pleaded guilty in federal court. Authorities accuse 35-year-old Jason Eagle Horse of walking away from Centre Inc. after he was told that Fargo police would charge him with theft. The incident allegedly was captured by Centre security cameras.
