Man to plead guilty in North Dakota drug case
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man indicted in a conspiracy to sell more than 500 grams of methamphetamine in North Dakota says he will change his plea to guilty. Martin Juarez is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
