ND man says he will plead guilty to escape charge
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man accused of fleeing a Fargo halfway house after he was caught stealing from the facility says he will change his plea to guilty. Jason Eagle Horse is charged in federal court with escape. He had pleaded not guilty earlier this month.
