Local chef is a semi-finalist for a James Beard Award

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - When Tim Fisher came to Fargo years ago he had dreams of playing football for the Bison, but a car accident changed all that. Today, after years of cooking for some of the finest restaurants in the country, he is serving some of Fargo’s finest cuisine and now being recognized for it. Fisher is now a semi-finalist for a James Beard Award, the Oscar of the food world.
