ND man accused of fracturing baby's skull
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Grand Forks man is accused of fracturing the skull of his infant son. The Grand Forks Herald reports that 25-year-old William Hoehn was charged Monday with child abuse, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
