ND man accused of walking away from halfway house
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man accused of fleeing a Fargo halfway house after he was caught stealing from the facility is facing a federal charge. Authorities accuse Jason Eagle Horse of walking away from Centre Inc. after he was told that Fargo police would charge him with theft. The incident was allegedly captured by Centre security cameras.
