GOP's Kalk exploring US Senate bid
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk is setting up an exploratory committee to raise money for a possible campaign against Democratic U.S. Sen. Kent Conrad in 2012.
