Elderly Waubun man charged with criminal vehicular operation
Detroit Lakes, Minn. (WDAY TV) - An elderly Waubun man is accused of hitting two people with his car at the Detroit Lakes Wal-Mart. 81-year old Charles Hanson faces charges of criminal vehicular operation and driving without a license.
