Lisbon area law enforcement take deserving children on a shopping spree
Lisbon, ND (WDAY TV) - Picture this: Telling a group of kids they each have more than 100 dollars to spend on toys. Can you imagine the frenzy in the aisles? Tonight, 6 different law enforcement agencies from the Lisbon area took children who've suffered a family loss, or financial difficulties, on a shopping spree.
