Parents frustrated with school district's plan to handle south side growth
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Growth on the south side of Fargo is prompting more changes at Kennedy Elementary School. All this is just years after the district was forced to move all 5th graders to Discovery Middle School to create more space.
