Family of Jamestown man shot by police may seek legal action

Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) - New developments into that Jamestown police shooting that has left a young man hospitalized with severe injuries. The man was shot by police early Sunday. Police say he pointed a loaded shotgun at three officers responding to a report of a suicidal man at an apartment.
