Lake levels rise after rainy month

Elizabeth, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The town of Ottertail reported more than 4 and a half inches of rain overnight. That pretty much sums up the last month in that area. Nearly the entire northern section of Otter Tail County has received 10 to 15 inches of rainfall in just the last 30 days.
