Young girl nearly drowns near Wahpeton

Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - A young girl is in critical condition this morning after nearly drowning near Wahpeton yesterday. The 5-year old girl who lives in Gwinner, Jade Justus Curtis Dean, went missing in the Mooreton Pond.
