Veteran injured by road side bomb gets his independence back

The veteran who served with the guard in Iraq lost his sight following the explosion of a road side bomb. After months of re-hab, he is not only home in Moorhead, but has found a companion. A four legged guide dog named Deacon. After just days of training, the two are inseparable.
