West Fargo school referendum rejected
WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Residents of the West Fargo School District have rejected a building referendum for the second time in less than a year. The measure on the ballot Tuesday would have funded a $30 million high school and a $10 million elementary school. It needed 60 percent approval to pass and got only 57.4 percent.
