City of Fargo puts a hold on filling sandbags

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo's week long flood fight plan is right on schedule. Volunteers are no longer needed at sandbag central. It's been idled. The call now is for sandbaggers to build levees, and protect the city to 40 feet.
