Norway company demonstrates the latest flood fighting hardware

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - As Fargo prepares to fill and load a million sandbags in preparation for a spring flood, a proposal to help hold back the Red from a company in Norway. Today, area flood fighters got the chance to see what Aqua-Fence could do to keep the water out without piling the sandbags.
