Casselton City Attorney remembered for his dedication to small town living

Casselton, ND (WDAY TV) - In Casselton, North Dakota tonight, plans are being made for what is expected to be one of the largest funerals ever there. A pillar of the community, who most say went about to change Casselton without fanfare or back-slaps. They are remembering Brad Burgum for a lifetime of dedication to small town living.
