NDSU Development Foundation official arrested
FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The executive director of North Dakota State University's Development Foundation has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. Sixty-one-year-old Jim Miller was stopped by Fargo police just after midnight Thursday. He posted $500 bail and was released from jail about 2 a.m. Friday.
